Last week we traveled to northern California on a photoshoot for The Leasing Studio. The goal was to shoot 3 shopping centers and a good photo library for the client in 2 1/2 days, and the new recruit was local photographer Amos Morgan of Amos Morgan Photography.

This whirlwind shoot began with a flight into Oakland, California and a drive to Del Monte Center located a bit farther south in Monterey. We arrived in time to catch the evening light and a few lifestyle-shopping shots before the end of day. Day 2 began with a 5am drive back North of San Francisco in order to hit morning light over Corte Madera. This day proved to be a long one, including quite a few lifestyle shots utilizing local talent and a few gracious shop owners. Day 3 was another sunrise morning, this time over Bay Street in Emeryville, where shots of sweet cupcakes danced in my head for the rest of the day. All in all, a job well done by all team contributors, from talent and stylists to photo assistant. And of course, lets not forget, our new favorite photographer Amos. Whose grace and diligence under pressure was greatly appreciated.
