Urban Influence designs holiday greeting for the Leasing Studio.

This seasons holiday greeting should be a real hit with the pencil pushers. Holiday Analytics organizes the overabundance of positive feelings and seasonal woes into tidy charts explaining grandma’s love, the joys of gift giving and the many attributes of fruitcake. Humorous illustrations are nicely complemented by the festive addition of some shiny gold foil, without which no holiday card could possibly feel complete. Card originally conceived of by former Urban Influence intern, Jesse Overlin, and hilariously executed by the friendly Mr. Dana Deininger.
