In the world of film, it is rare that a sequel surpasses its original. It's much more common that the original is degraded by a series of sad successors. Examples like Ocean's 12+, Revenge of the Nerds II+, Star Wars Episodes 1-3, and anything starring Keaneu Reaves, are proof that film studios don't need a good plot to make a sequel.

In the web however, sequels – AKA response videos – are the shining stars of internet content. If someone makes something funny, intentionally or otherwise, there's a strong chance that someone else will make it funnier. Here are some of personal favorites for best web remakes.
