Of my favorite things in life, there are two that rest very close to the top: typography and Lego's. I still frequent the lego section every time I am in Target, but am always let down a little by the lack of creativity in new sets – too much of a reliance on custom pieces, and not enough problem solving with the basics. When I stumbled across this, I almost couldn't believe my eyes!

Mark Anderson, sharing a similar love of Lego's, has built the entire alphabet out of Lego's – and not just any Lego's, pieces from the space collections which are easily the best. There are some really creative solutions here, with many of the letters looking like feasible sets!

Now I need to start digging out my old pieces…
