Just came across this wonderful site which features interviews with different designers around the world. On Your Way Here is a great series that asks important questions about success, and career opportunities different professionals have had. Dave Dawson started the archive as a school project, which blossomed into something more. After each interview, he then asks the designer to recommend someone else that he should contact, with the hope in finding some common threads within each conversation.

There are some great perspectives and advice, and should be particularly interesting to those just starting out in the field. So far there are only two interviews, but more are coming. I highly suggest bookmarking this; it will be exciting to see where it goes.
