So nice to get the blogging itch again, let’s continue along with something nice and easy on the eyes–shoes. A fluff piece, maybe, but I like it anyway.

Nike once again proves why its the most innovative company in athletic equipment and sporting style with its latest announcement, the ultra-lightweight HTM Flyknit running shoes. These babies are pretty killer, especially digging the neon yellow model. Weighing in at only 160g (0.35 lbs.) these sustainable shoes are definitely pushing the boundaries of footwear design. But m, I’d hope not to snag the threading on something, or you’d be screwed.

They are not available yet, but will be around the time of the 2012 Olympic Games in London, where the blue colorway will be worn by the US.
