The UI team gathered around the in-house bar last Friday for the maiden voyage of the Exxon Valdez.  There had been test runs before, but all in attendance “joined the crew” with a shot of the concoction sure to make frat boys cry and bartenders shake their heads.

As the team bonded over our shared pain, we learned a little something about our signature shot: the ship doesn’t truly run aground until a full five seconds after the shot is taken. Only after that deceptive lag does the full force of the unnatural disaster take hold.
