We have a fun, energetic and fast-paced culture (which we all thrive on), and we are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager who will lead our project management discipline. This opportunity is for someone who wants to own and take full responsibility for all projects and junior PM’s. It is a chance for someone to create the foundation for the growing project management discipline in our company. This role needs to have had prior AGENCY EXPERIENCE. If you have not had interactive agency experience in the past, please do not apply for this position.

Skills & Requirements:

• This role is for someone that loves to lead by example, as well as manage processes, budgets, timelines, teams and agency deliverables.
• High level of attention to detail along with a zeal to find solutions while being passionate in the digital realm.
• Understanding and proficiency of project management principles.
• 3-5 years Project Management experience in an interactive agency MANDATORY (please do not apply unless you have this experience).
• Able to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders.
• PMP certification is a PLUS, but not a must!
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the processes and tasks associated with digital marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once while managing scope, budget and resources.
• Solid leadership skills.
• Mentorship and development of current project management team.
• Extremely hands-on, self-starting and highly motivated!
