Recently Kirk Crippen took it upon himself to seek and find some of the Rose City’s most ‘Poratland-iest’ individuals for a series that he so aptly titled ‘Portraitlandia‘.

This series was actually a happy accident according to Crippen who states that ‘I was just going from interesting person to interesting person.’ When a group of Portland residents pointed out the similarities of his subjects and the ironically popular TV show ‘Portlandia’ he jokingly suggested the title for his series be called Portraitlandia…and it stuck.
